Create a visual identity for a Velocity Island, a local company in Northern California that is notable for their cable wake board park.
Velocity Island came to our marketing class asking for help. A similar company in the area was generating more business and as a result Velocity Island was losing money. During a marketing audit, I suggested they rebrand their business so the consumer understands what it is they offer. Velocity Island’s current logo does not reflect the company’s biggest product: a cable wake park for wakeboarders. I redesigned their logo and logo mark to more accurately position themselves in the mind of the consumer.
